*NOTE: By registering for a username and password, you agree to all the rules and regulations of the Last Man Standing contest.

1) Last Man Standing (LMS) players must pick 1 game per round offered on the daily schedule. (Sides or Totals). For baseball, all games must be final and declared official by MLB. The 5th inning rule applies for the Last Man Standing contest only. If a game is rained out, the player will receive a push and will be permitted to advance to the next round. LMS will not punish contestants due to circumstances beyond their control.

2) The logic of the contest is simple: If you win your pick, you will advance to the next round. If you lose your selection, you are out of the contest. A winner is declared once there's 1 player left in the contest.

3) In the event a handful of contestants are left in a contest and all players have the same picks, win or lose, all players will advance the following day/round. A winner is declared once they've won their daily selection and "all or one" of their opponents have lost their pick(s). Last Person Standing, wins!

4) LMS Rounds: Each day or weeks will be considered "rounds". For the following sports, Baseball (MLB), Hockey (NHL), Basketball (NBA, CBB) picks must be made on a daily basis. In regards to Football (NFL, CFB, CFL), players must make 1 pick (Sides or totals) on a weekly basis.

5) All picks must be submitted before the 1st game of the day or week. If a contestant misses the deadline to submit their pick, the system will automatically grant that contestant a default pick. *Note: Due to family emergencies, work related issues, unexpected issues beyond your control, is the main reason why we've inserted this rule.

6) If a contest player receives a push or tie in any sport, they will be granted a push status for that round and will be allowed to continue in the contest.

7) Contestants can join as many free contest offered at any time. Please check the contest format, as some contest will have different stipulations on how to enter. For example: you may have to deposit with a certain Sportsbook, Casino or Poker site to join a certain contest.

8) Furthermore, if the game you pick is cancelled, you cannot make another pick for that same day. Unfortunately, we cannot wipe out your pick from the system and let you start from fresh; you will have to wait until the next day to continue your streak. Therefore, please do your homework on the game you are handicapping and make sure it's not a high percentage game of being rained out or cancelled. *Note: Please don't email the administrator, as there's nothing we can do, as everything is hard coded into the system.

9) All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law. The Phoenix Sports Ticket Last Man Standing (LMS) contest is limited to people who have e-mail addresses. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Professional or Amateur Sports, and/or any college or university affiliated with the NCAA. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for The Phoenix SportsTicket Last Man Standing (LMS) contest. All winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners will have up to 14 days from the date of attempted notification to respond to the notification of the email they've associated with their account name. The Phoenix SportsTicket Last Man Standing (LMS) contest is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. Unless prohibited by law, winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release within ten days of responding to the notification. Each winner will also be required to provide The Phoenix SportsTicket with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. A winner, if under 18, must have his or her parent or legal guardian sign the affidavit and release. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner will be selected. Winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

10) If you are banned from the Phoenixpsorts.com & Postingforum.com Forum or any other part of the PST Network sites including Phoenixsports.com, Postingforum.com or ATSDatabase.com, you are not eligible to participate in the Bracket King or Last Man Standing (LMS). The OWNER of the site has the right to remove all users from any contest at any time.
